To ensure the comfort of guests arriving and leaving the apartments, please:
- Arrival of guests after 15.
- Departure of guests, and in particular leaving the apartments until 11.00.
- Any changes to the arrival and departure times must be agreed in advance.
- The stay of animals (small and non-aggressive) is only possible by prior arrangement.
- In cases of telephone line shortage please contact us via SMS.
- If the date of stay is changed more than one month before the planned start, the advance payment will be accepted towards the new date.
- In the event of resignation from the stay or change of the date in less than a month from the planned date, the advance will be forfeited.
- We kindly ask you to leave the apartments in a condition not worse than they were rented.
