The high quality of dishes and service is certainly evidenced by the fact that the restaurant underwent a revolution by Magda Gessler, a controversial but at the same time genius restaurateur, responsible for the success of a dozen or so restaurants - those she co-owns and a few hundred others, whom she helped to recover from a disadvantage in demanding, gastronomic market. Gessler helped create a high-quality place in Nowy Gorzycko, which was lacking in the area.
